Here are the top three stories today in St. Louis:
- The popular Wild Lights event at the St. Louis Zoo is back, and promises to be better than ever. This year will feature the largest tree in the 20-year history of Wild Lights. There will also be tons of attractions, photo ops with some of your favorite animals, wintery treats, and fire pits for roasting marshmallows. All are welcome to attend this family-friendly event. - Still wanting to socialize and get out of the house after your Thanksgiving celebrations today? There are plenty of events happening in the area this weekend from a 'Friends'-themed trivia night, Black Friday events from black-owned businesses, and more. Don't forget to check out the amazing holiday markets, too. More details about weekend events are available at the link. (Feast Magazine)
- East St. Louis will be getting its first Urgent Care facility. Southern Illinois Health Foundation and Touchette Regional Hospital have teamed up to build the new facility. There will be a 5,000-square foot addition on an existing clinic on State Street. Vestal Corporation has been designated as the lead architect for the project.
