Woman Shot In Apparent Road-Rage Incident Early Thursday

ST. LOUIS, MO — Police say a woman was shot early Thursday morning in an apparent road-rage incident. The Post-Dispatch reports the 44-year-old victim was driving around 12:40 a.m. in the 4500 block of North Kingshighway when she inadvertently cut off another driver while changing lanes. The man she cut off fired several shots at the woman's car, striking her in the abdomen.
A passenger drover the woman to a hospital. Police said she is "stable."

Police say the shooter was driving a light-blue Chevrolet Impala or Malibu. He is reportedly in his 20s with dreadlocks and a tattoo on his left arm.
