- A woman was tackled by employees at a St. Louis school after she allegedly shot at several students during dismissal on Tuesday afternoon. According to St. Louis police, the 20-year-old suspect confronted three female students, ages 14, 16, and 17, at the campus on North 15th Street to discuss "prior personal matters." The students were not injured by the gunfire, but the suspect did sustain a graze wound when her gun was discharged. (KMOV4)
- An early morning fire broke out Wednesday at a popular west St. Louis hotel. The incident occurred at The Chesire on Clayton Road, where officials say a small kitchen fire caused minor damages. Hotel officials did not indicate that there had been any interruptions to business as a result of the fire. (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
- Jazz singer Denise Thimes will perform a set of Christmas classics during "A Swingin', Soulful Christmas" tonight at Jazz St. Louis.
