Workers Fall Down Elevator Shaft In Saint Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO — Two workers were killed after falling down an elevator shaft at a downtown high rise on Washington Avenue Monday morning.
KMOV Channel 4 reports the workers fell around 11:15 a.m. when their safety cable snapped. The building had been inspected just days ago.
