Here are the top 3 stories in St. Louis today:
- The Saint Louis Zoo postponed the job fair scheduled for today, Feb. 4, due to the inclement weather. The job fair will now be held next Friday, Feb. 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Applicants interested in working part-time for the Zoo are encouraged to attend the fair, which will take place in The Living World center. (Press Release Desk)
- A Twitter account with local roots is measuring the snowfall this week in toasted ravioli. The account, called "Chew In The Lou," is sharing images of pieces of the beloved St. Louis treat stacked on top of each other to measure the accumulated snow. Just how many toasted raviolis high is the snow? At lunchtime yesterday, the account reported the snow was "solidly at three ravs." (KTVI Fox 2 St. Louis)
- The St. Louis Ferris Wheel is hosting a special limited promotion later this month. The promotion will take place on Feb. 14, which is both Valentine's Day and National Ferris Wheel Day. Anyone who visits during the promotion can purchase a special date night package, which includes two admissions to the Ferris wheel, two drinks from the Anheuser-Busch drink cart, and two souvenir photos for a total of $50.
