CarMax Plans to Hire 100 People for St. Peters, St. Louis County Locations

CarMax is hiring 100 positions to staff the two new used-car facilities it plans to open in St. Peters and in Mehlville this year. 

CarMax is a national chain of used car retailer that operates with a fixed-price, no haggle model. It has 123 locations in 61 markets across the country. These stores will be the first in eastern Missouri. CarMax has an additional location in Independence, MO. 

The south St. Louis county location is scheduled to open Nov. 9 at 6201 South Lindbergh Boulevard. The St. Peters store will be located at 4990 North Service Rd. and will open Dec. 7.

The company is hiring full- and part-time positions in sales, inventory, service advisors and technicians. Technician positions require previous car experience, but most other positions do not. Job seekers can get more information and apply online at www.carmax.com/stlouis.
