MoDOT Planning Closures on I-70 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive on Monday Night

The Missouri Department of Transportation is planning on having short duration closures on Interstate 70 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive overnight Monday, July 8, weather permitting.

The interstate closures will last for up to 15 minutes so crews can set bridge girders.

The closures will start at 7 p.m., one left lane on eastbound I-70 between Route 79 to Mid Rivers Mall Drive and one left lane on westbound I-70 between the Spencer Road overpass to Mid Rivers Mall Drive will close. At 9 p.m., a second eastbound lane closes and a second westbound lane closes at 10 p.m. All lanes will reopen by 5 a.m.   

This work is part of a project constructing a diverging diamond interchange (DDI).
