Police Blotter: Man Caught Stealing Clothes from Kohl's

Harassment

  • A St. Peters man faces criminal charges after police said he threatened his son-in-law.Β Allen Levy, 71, of the 600 block of Wyndham Park in St. Peters, was charged Tuesday with harassment.Β St. Peters Police said Levy told his daughter May 26 that he would beat his son-in-law and threatened to shoot him. Police said he made the threat in the first block of South Joyce Ellen Way.
Stealing
  • A 30-year-old male from St. Ann was arrested for stealing approximately $200 worth of clothing items from Kohl’s.Β  The male subject took the clothing to the fitting room and put it on underneath his own clothing and wore it out of the store making no attempts to pay. A warrant application is pending with the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for felony stealing due to the subject having two prior conviction for stealing.
