Gore Ave. in Webster Groves, with the final construction beam recently placed and opening planned for late 2026. After months of public hearings, the City Council unanimously approved rezoning and permits, clearing the way for expanded pediatric mental health services for families across the region. 
• Epworth Target Of Lawsuit From Former Resident (timesnewspapers.com) — A lawsuit alleges that Epworth Children and Family Services in Webster Groves failed to protect a teenage resident who repeatedly ran away and was trafficked for sex, despite clear warning signs. The suit claims staff neglected to alert police for months, kept her in poor living conditions, and even provided substances, while a separate earlier case charged a former employee with assaulting a minor.
• Latest Standings Announced for the 2025 BroadwayWorld St. Louis Awards; THE SECOND HURRICANE Leads Best Musical! (broadwayworld.com) — St. Louis’ 2025 BroadwayWorld Awards standings are out, and Webster Groves is on the board with Theatre Guild of Webster Groves and its production of “The Hound of the Baskervilles” among the nominees.
