Police Blotter: Two Women Caught Shoplifting at Walmart

The following information was supplied by the Wentzville Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Peace Disturbance

  • A 52-year-old man was arrested for being a fugitive from justice on May 8. 
Stealing
  • Items were stolen from a vehicle on May 8 in the 200 block of Schroeder Grove Drive on May 8. 
  • A basketball net, under $500, was stolen in the 400 block of Wildflower Ridge Court on May 8.
  • Items were stolen from a locker in the 407 block of Autumn Farms Court on May 8. There was no arrest. 
  • Items were stolen from a vehicle by an unknown subject on May 8. 
  • A 42-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman were arrested for shoplifting and trespass 1st from Walmart. 
Fraud
  • A debit card was stolen and used by an unknown subject. No arrest was made. 
  • Social security fraud was committed by an unknown subject. No arrest was made.
Trespassing 
  • A 20-year-old man was arrested for Trespass 1st.
