• Woman and her mother identified as Stillwater County shooting victims (kxlh.com) — A deadly early-morning shooting at a rural home between Absarokee and Nye left a young woman and her mother dead and two men wounded, according to Stillwater County prosecutors. A 23-year-old Texas man is jailed on homicide and attempted homicide charges after allegedly ambushing his estranged girlfriend’s family and later crashing into the Stillwater River while fleeing.
