The future of Bozeman is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Lori (Marx) Orrell, who are making a positive impact in and around Bozeman.

Lori is a standout young leader in Bozeman, recognized for her academic excellence, musical talent and devotion to community service. A 2024 Rocky Mountain Supply Scholarship recipient and President’s List honoree at Montana State University, Lori is pursuing a degree in elementary education, blending her passion for teaching with her love of music. With over 12 years of guitar experience, she has developed a deep appreciation for classical music, making her a role model both in academics and the arts.

As an instructor with the Gallatin Guitar Program, Lori plays an important role in mentoring young musicians. Under the guidance of acclaimed guitarist Craig Hall, she teaches students foundational and advanced techniques, helping them develop both technical skills and an appreciation for music. Lori’s ability to lead and inspire through her work underscores her outstanding contributions to the Bozeman community.
