  1. The upcoming construction of a Thriftway gas station at the intersection of Davis and Baxter Lane in Bozeman has raised concerns among residents about increased traffic and its impact on the residential area. Jared Pettyjohn and his wife, along with other neighbors, are upset about the gas station's proximity and the potential nuisances of noise and fumes. Some residents, including Pettyjohn's neighbor Justin Armor, have hired a lawyer to address the issue, believing that the B-2 zoning in the area was not intended for a gas station. (KBZK News)

The award recognizes her exceptional athletic performance, academic excellence, and outstanding character both on and off the field. With 30 new units restricted to seniors aged 55 and older with incomes below $44,000 a year, the apartments aim to provide a safe and affordable home for seniors affected by COVID-19 and inflation.
