• Fremont Police arrest man after hit-and-run pedestrian crash (wowt.com) — A man was seriously injured Tuesday night after being struck by a vehicle in north Fremont near East 23rd Avenue and Buckingham Road, and police say the driver left the scene. Officers later located the suspected vehicle nearby and arrested a 21-year-old Fremont resident on multiple charges. The victim was taken to the hospital, though no condition update was provided.
