CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announces the identity of the two Gilford Police officers involved in the shooting incident on Sunday, January 1, 2023, in Gilford, New Hampshire, that resulted in the death of Mischa Fay.

The officer who discharged his firearm was Sergeant Douglas Wall, a 28-year veteran officer, and the name of the officer who discharged his electronic taser was Officer Nathan Ayotte.
