New Hampshire Bar Association Congratulates Donna Parker On 40 Years

Donna J. Parker has been recognized by the New Hampshire Bar Association for her dedication and exemplary work over the past 40 years. Donna started working at the NHBA in November 1982, as the word processor and typesetter. From there, she went on to be an assistant to the Communications Department, a paralegal for the Lawyer Referral Service, and the Business and Advertising Manager for New Hampshire Law Weekly and New Hampshire Bar Journal.

When asked what her favorite part of working for the NHBA was Donna replied, "I enjoy working on the New Hampshire Bar News, including ad sales and layout. I also like selling sponsorships and exhibits for our Midyear and Annual Meetings."

Donna remembers a time in 1988 when she was first introduced to a program called PageMaker to organize the layout of the newspaper. She remembered how much it changed the way that she completed layouts for publications. In her current role as Sales and Technical Editor, she uses her vast institutional knowledge and considerable skills to make the New Hampshire Bar News a premier publication.
