5. No smoking. New Hampshire is joining a group of other states in reaching a settlement with three cigarette companies on an anti-smoking agreement, according to WMUR.  Lorillard Inc., Philip Morris USA, and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. will pay more than $4 billion to 17 states.
