4. These fish aren't growing up. An effort to restore Atlantic salmon to the Northeast has hit a snag after a state biologist has revealed that they are doing well locally, but failing to reach adulthood in the ocean. The Souhegan River is adding some hope to the news, with the first documented natural reproduction of the salmon in 150 years.
