Accident Leads To DWI, Disobeying an Officer Arrest

[Monday, March 25]

At 2:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Delane N. Nazarian, 18, of 5 Schoolhouse Road, Amherst on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Nazarian was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 6:51 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Frank Lawrence Pineault, 36, of 343 Forest Road, Wilton on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Pineault was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Tuesday, March 26]

At 1:20 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Gregory J. Wyble, 37, of 307B Amherst Street #340, Nashua on a charge of driving after suspension. Wyble was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:35 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Kristin Heather Marks, 43, of 464 Boston Post Road #45, Amherst on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Marks was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 11, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 5:20 p..m, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Boston Post Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Cheryl Howes, 65, of Amherst Howes was arrested at the scene for DWI and disobeying an officer.

At 6:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Cheryl L. Howes, 65, of 353 Boston Post Road, Amherst on charges of DWI and disobeying an officer. Howes was released on a summons to appear in the Milford District Court on April 11, 2013.

[Wednesday, March 27]

At 12:57 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Hollis Road. The driver was Robert Chapin, 82, of Milford. Mr. Chapin was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.

[Thursday, March 28]

At 2:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Joanie Collett Nakkashian, 48, of 14 St Marys Lane, Salem on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Collett Nakkashian was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 11, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
