Amherst Fire Rescue To Hold Blood Drive

The Amherst Fire Department will hold a blood drive on Friday. The drive will take place from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Amherst fire station at 117 Amherst Street.

Those willing to donate can call 1-800-Red-Cross (1-800-733-2767) or go to RedCrossBlood.org to schedule an appointment. You can streamline your donation and save up to 15 minutes by going to RedCrossBlood.org/rapidpass and completing pre-donation reading and health history questions on the day of your appointment.
