Amherst Man Arrested On Criminal Threatening Charge: Cop Log

AMHERST, NH — Samuel Gagnon, 29, of Amherst was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on May 16, 2022, on a criminal threatening charge. He was released on personal recognizance bail and was due to be arraigned on May 17 in Milford District Court.

Ernest Varney, 60, of Nashua was arrested on a theft charge at 10:32 p.m. on May 2. He was released on personal recognizance bail. Varney was scheduled to be arraigned in Milford District Court on May 17.

Emily Fisher, 19, of Newton, Massachusetts, was cited at 10:50 p.m. on April 18 for operating without a valid license charge. Caitlin Wilson, 21, of Woburn, MA, was also cited for allowing an improper person to operate a vehicle. They had court dates scheduled for May 3.
