Amherst Man Facing Sex Assault, False Imprisonment Charges

The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Dec. 3, 2013

  • 9:47 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at North Hollis Road. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Paul Heinemann, 63, of Amherst and Wade Parks, 46, of Merrimack.

Dec. 4, 2013

  • 9:10 a.m.: Arrested Thomas Ramirez, 21, of 11 Deerwood Drive, Amherst, on charges of false imprisonment, criminal mischief, obstructing report of crime, simple assault, second degree assault, criminal threatening and aggravated felonious sexual assault. Ramirez was arraigned in the Milford District Court this same date.

Dec. 5, 2013

  • 10:35 p.m.: Arrested Bryan Timothy O’Rourke, 27, of 55 Truell Road, Hollis, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug and open container law. O’Rourke was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and he was scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 19 at Milford District Court.
