AMHERST, NH— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!
Here at Patch we've launched an initiative to help recognize the awesome moms and mom figures in communities like yours.

What makes your Mom extra special?
She is selfless. She provides anything and everything for everyone around her. She cares for her grandkids like they’re her own kids. She means the world to her kids and doesn’t always realize the impact she makes on our lives. We would be lost without her.
Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?
Because she’s not one to boast or brag, she does everything without needing to be credited for. She just loves her family and puts them first, always.
