Amherst Police Arrest 2 on Theft Charges
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
On March 3, 2014 at 1347 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Noah Fournier, age 31, of 39 Carpenter Street, Manchester, NH on a charge of Theft by Deception. Fournier was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th District Court – Milford.
On March 3, 2014 at 1445 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Brianna Baglione, age 20, of 1 Wall Street, Milford, NH on a charge of Theft. Baglione was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 13, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
On March 5, 2014 at 1101 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Stephen Bennett, age 54, of Merrimack, NH. DRIVER 2 – Joseph Loss, age 30, of Milford, NH.
