Amherst Police Arrest 5 in Three Days
Drug, theft and willful concealment charges. The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Monday, Oct. 28, 2013
- 12:50 a.m.: Arrested Christopher Daniel Chase, 25, of 5 Danforth Road No. 7, Nashua, on charges of willful concealment and possession of a controlled drug. Chase was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.
- 3:45 p.m.: Detained two juveniles on a charge of willful concealment. Court action is anticipated.
- 9:19 p.m.: Arrested Sara Diane Sgro, 22, of 743 Chelmsford St., Lowell, Mass., on charges of theft and attempted theft by deception. Sgro was released on $1,200 PR bail, personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.

- 11:20 p.m.: Arrested Timmy Xaykosy, 21, of 69A Sullivan Road, Hudson, on a charge of driving after suspension. Xaykosy was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.

- 4:30 a.m.: Arrested Rebecca Englert, 31, of 164 N. Main Street, Troy, on a charge of willful concealment. Englert was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.
