Amherst Police Arrest Shoplifter and Intoxicated Driver

[Tuesday, Dec. 11]
At 6:14 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of American K9 Country. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Kim Shapiro, 50, of Merrimack and a parked vehicle

At 7:42 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Merrimack Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Pamela Duval, 56, of Amherst.
The Amherst Police Department investigated a two-car accident in the Walmart Superstore parking lot. An unknown hit a parked vehicle.

[Thursday, Dec. 13]
At 1:43 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Eastern Avenue. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Nancy Ann Greenwood, 43, of Amherst and Constance Spargo, 75, of Amherst.
[Friday, Dec. 14]
At 1:40 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Marc Andrew Bezeredi, 33, of 1015 Elm Street #503, Manchester on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Bezeredi was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
At 2:30 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Patti Sue Amadon, 42, of 343 Forest Road, Wilton, NH on a charge of shoplifting. Amadon was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
[Saturday, Dec. 15]
At 2 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Stephen Hart, 31, of 35 Lancaster County Road #7B, Harvard, MA on a charge of DWI. Hart was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 27, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
