Amherst Police Arrest Three For DWI Over Weekend

[Saturday, April 20]

At 5:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Holt Road. No injuries were reported. The driver was Marc Taylor, 46, of Amherst Taylor was later arrested and charged with DWI and conduct after an accident.

At 6:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Marc John Taylor, 46, of 24 Holt Road, Amherst on a charge of DWI and conduct after an accident. Taylor was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, April 21]

At 1:35 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jonathan Joseph Talbot, 26, of 11 Lindahl Road, Bedford on a charge of DWI. Talbot was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:38 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Bethany Donna Chamberlain, 25, of 7A Putney Road, Bow on a charge of theft. Chamberlain was released on $700 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for May 2, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 8 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Daniel Joseph Fierley, 26, of 21 Storybrook Lane, Amherst on charges of second degree assault, resisting arrest and obstructing report of crime or injury. Fierley was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for April 22, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
