Cop Log: Criminal Mischief, Theft, Drug Charges
The Amherst Police Department's recent arrest logs.
The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- Police on June 2 arrested Michael James Tallarico, 24, of Milford, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment set for June 19 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- Police on June 2 arrested Danielle Rene Jones, 25, of Amherst, on charges of criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Jones was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for July 10 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- Police on June 4 arrested Andrea Bancroft, 26, of Milford, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Bancroft was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for June 19 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- Police on June 6 arrested Michael Gurney, 19, of Nashua, on charges of attempt to commit theft from a building and unlawful possession of alcohol. Gurney was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and has an arraignment date set for June 19 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- Police on June 6 arrested Jennifer Behrens, 22, of Londonderry, on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Behrens was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, and has an arraignment date set for June 19 at the 9th Circuit court in Milford.
