An Astronomical Time At The Library This Week
Join the Amherst Town Library for the First-Quarter Moon Skywatch on Wednesday.

Members of the New Hampshire Astronomical Society will be on hand with their telescopes to show the first-quarter moon and other objects in the night sky on Wednesday.
The skywatch will be preceded by an "Introduction to Astronomy" indoor talk given by local resident and amateur astronomer, Ed Ting. The talk will begin at 6:30 pm in the Johnson Meeting Room.
The New Hampshire Astronomical Society has generously donated a telescope to the Amherst Town Library earlier this year which is available for checkout.
