1. We go together. Souhegan students will premier their production of "Grease" tonight at 7. This is a callback to the first performance ever put together when the high school was founded. Find out more on Amherst Patch.
2. Not finding religion. A Gallup poll has found that the Nashua-Manchester area is one of the least religious metropolitan regions in the country. New Hampshire as a whole has been found to be one of the lease religious states in the country.

3. Safety First. A safety lamp is a lamp designed to warn coal miners of the presence of firedamp, a gas that can cause destructive mine explosions. Firedamp is composed chiefly of methane and air.
4. Congrats! Students have been named to the Dean's list at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute for the Fall 2012 semester. The dean's list recognizes full-time students who maintain grade-point averages of a minimum of 3.0 out of a possible 4.0 and have no grades below "C." The following 3 students were granted an achievement for earning a spot on the Dean's List at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute: Benjamin Clemence of Amherst, Scott De Noble of Amherst and Daniel Gilligan of Amherst.
