COP LOG: 7-Year-Old Struck by Car on Homestead Road

The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicated a conviction.

6:57 p.m.: Arrested Roanne Bafageeh, 24, of 10 Linden Way, Merrimack, on a charge of driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Bafageeh was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 3 in Milford.
7:50 p.m.: Arrested Brian Keith Welch, 53, of 114 Kinsley St., Nashua, on a charge of conduct after an accident. Welch was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, and scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 3 in Milford.

2:21 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101 at Walnut Hill. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Brian Talarico, 31, of Bristol, Conn., and Agatha Sturk, 61, of Milford.
4:21 p.m.: Arrested Susan Young, 53, of 1 Purgatory Road, Mont Vernon, on charges of theft and possession of a controlled drug. Young was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 3 in Milford.

3:33 p.m.: Investigated a two-car accident in the Meadow Brook Crossing parking lot. No injuries were reported. The accident was between a car with an unknown driver and a parked car.

9:01 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Judy Moreira, 54, of Weare, and Elizabeth Allard, 17, of Nashua.
5:01 p.m.: Responded to a vehicle versus bicyclist accident on Homestead Road. Driver was Christian Raudelunas, 43, of Amherst, and the bicyclist was Cooper T., 7, of Amherst. Cooper was taken to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
5:32 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident in the Meadow Brook Crossing parking lot. No injuries were reported. The accident was between a car with an unknown driver and a parked car.
8:45 p.m.: Arrested William Jacob King, 29, of 31 Border St., Amherst, on a charge of driving after suspension. King was released on $500 PR bail, and is scheduled for arraignment on Oct. 3 in Milford.
11:46 p.m: Arrested William Joseph Rutkowski, 21, of 38 Fairway Drive, Merrimack, on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Ninth Circuit Court – Merrimack. Rutkowski was held in lieu of $400 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment in Milford on Sept. 7
