COP LOG: Accidents, Thefts and Willful Concealment

Monday, Oct. 21, 2013

  • 8:30 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Brooke Allaby, 23, of Amherst, and James Goldfuss, 42, of Milford.

Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013

  • 7:28 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Luis Rodriguez, 22, and Joshua Downs, 17, both of Nashua.

Friday, Oct. 25, 2013

  • 6 p.m.: Detained a juvenile on a charge of theft. Court action is anticipated.
  • 7:30 p.m.: Arrested Deborah Seavey-Luongo, 41, of 8-39 Skyline Drive, Amherst, on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Seavey-Luongo was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 14.

Oct. 27, 2013

  • 2:35 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Ponemah Road at Merrimack Road. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Robert Day, 28, of Merrimack, and Edward Medlyn, 58, of Milford.
  • 3:05 p.m.: Arrested Raven Worster, 17, of 8 Kerry Lane, Nashua, on a charge of willful concealment. Worster was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 14.
  • 3:05 p.m.: Arrested Sydney Boilard, 18, of 70 Anvil Drive, Nashua, on a charge of willful concealment. Boilard was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled for arraignment in Milford district court on Nov. 14.
