COP LOG: Aggravated DWI Charge for Woman Who Crashed Car

Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013

• 3:55 p.m.: Arrested Renee A. Hadley, 18, of 161 Cram Hill Road, Lyndeborough, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Hadley was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge and she is scheduled for arraignment Dec. 12 at Milford district court.
• 10:23 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported. Driver was Linda Wolsky, 46, of Amherst. Wolsky was arrested at the scene on a charge of aggravated DWI.
• 10:30 p.m.: Arrested Linda Wolsky, 46, of 178 Amherst St., Amherst, on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge and he is scheduled for arraignment Nov. 20 at Milford district court.

• 3:05 p.m.: Arrested Christopher Peter Soule, 47, of 375 Nashua St. No. 1, Milford, on a charge of driving after suspension. Soule was released on $500 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge and he is scheduled for arraignment Dec. 5 at Milford district court.

Monday, Nov. 11, 2013

• 9 p.m.: Arrested Toby C. Payne, 44, of 116 Spring Road, Amherst, on a charge of driving after suspension, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by Milford district court. Payne was released on $800 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge and he is scheduled for arraignment Dec. 12 at Milford district court.
