COP LOG: Amherst Man Charged With DWI, Drug Possession

Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013
- 10:06 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts, 125 Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Sergio Santos, 39, of Manchester and Donald Miller, 47, of New Boston.
- 12:58 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Meadow Brook Crossing. No injuries were reported. Drivers were John Frenn, 69, and Kenneth Monahan, 50, both of Milford.
Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013
- 4:11 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Mont Vernon Road at Green Road. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Kyle Ohrenberger, 25, of Amherst, and Kristen Albaneze, 47, of Mont Vernon.
Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013
2 a.m.: Arrested Benjamin Millina, 34, of 7 Washer Cove Road, Amherst, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug and unreasonable speed. Millina was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. He was scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 20 in Milford district court.8:25 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Bernie Grimard, 61, of Lyndeborough, and Thomas Montresor, 58, of Wilton.
12:22 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. Driver was Robert Giasullo, 29, of Tewksbury, Mass.
