COP LOG: Forgery, Drug Possession and Multiple Accidents

Monday, Nov. 4, 2013

  • 11:50 a.m.: Responded to a two- car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Nicholas Price, 19, of Greenville and Ian Brandon, 42, of Nashua.

Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013

  • 9:58 a.m.: Arrested Deborah Lynne Philbrick, 27, of 424 Walnut St., Manchester, on charges of forgery and receiving stolen property. Philbrick was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. Her arraignment was set for Dec. 5 at Milford district court.
  • 3:14 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Mack Hill Road.
  • Driver was Cameron Kershaw, 17, of Mont Vernon. A passenger in the vehicle was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
  • 4:05 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Corey Emerson, 21, of Milford, and Amanda Andrews, 27, of New Ipswich.
  • 9:40 p.m.: Arrested Christina Graciani, 21, of 58 Forge Drive, Nashua, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Graciani was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. Her arraignment was set for Dec. 5 at Milford district court.

Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013

  • 2 a.m.: Arrested Julius Sentel Lane, 33, of 267 Central St. No. 4, Manchester, on an arrest warrant issued by the Manchester Police Department. Lane was released to the custody of Manchester Police Department.
  • 8 p.m.: Arrested Kevin Smith, 23, of 8 Parker Drive, Merrimack, on charges of transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Smith was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. Her arraignment was set for Dec. 5 at Milford district court.
