COP LOG: Police Arrest 2 on Theft Charges
The following information was provided by Amherst Police. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013
5:35 p.m.: Arrested Derek William Webber, 26, of 82 Route 101A, Amherst, on a charge of theft. Webber was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for an arraignment in Milford District Court on Nov. 14.7:04 p.m.: Arrested Tamra Nicole Newton, 32, of 128 Savage Road, No. 27B, Milford, on a charge of driving after suspension. Newton was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for an arraignment in Milford District Court on Nov. 14.
11:30 p.m.: Arrested Pavel Dmitrinski, 24, of 17 Brookview Drive, Milford, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor, possession of a controlled drug, transportation of a controlled drug, sale of a controlled drug and speed. Dmitrinski was released on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled for an arraignment in Milford District Court on Nov. 14.

- 1:50 a.m.: Arrested Joshua Beard, 27, of 130 Wilson Road, Wilton, on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor. Beard was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for an arraignment in Milford District Court on Nov. 14.
- 3:30 a.m.: Arrested Theodore C. Legatos, Jr., 44, of 450 Pawtucket St., Lowell, Mass., on a charge of theft. Legatos was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for an arraignment in Milford District Court on Nov. 14.
- 9:15 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Thornton Ferry Road II. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Steven Fogle, 26, of Milford, and Justin Bonenfant, 22, of Nashua.
