COP LOG: Police Make Theft, Assault and Drug Arrests

• 8:55 a.m.: Arrested James Manley, 42, of 8-39 Skyline Drive, Amherst, on a charge of simple assault. Manley was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 7, in Milford district court.
• 10:44 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Rachel Purvis, 41, of Amherst and Rose Gleissner, 69, of Amherst.
• 2:55 p.m.: Arrested Julia Adelaida Melendez, 18, of 27C Charles St., Haverhill, Mass., on a charge of theft. Melendez was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14, in Milford district court.
• 9:55 p.m.: Arrested Hayley Bott, 20, of 11 Carter Road, Merrimack, on a charge of possession of a controlled drug. Bott was released on $400 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.

Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013

• 1:20 a.m.: Arrested Peter Marinow, 58, of 109 Old Wilton Road, New Ipswich on a charge of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor. Marinow was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 7 in Milford district court.
• 5:50 a.m.: Arrested Kristie Kilgore, 22, of 26 Russell Hill Road, Wilton, on charges of possession of a controlled drug and transportation of a controlled drug. Kilgore was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 at Milford district court.
