AMHERST, NH — My name is Pam Coughlin and I am a candidate for the Amherst Board of Selectmen.
Except for traveling with my husband, John, to attend school and his active-duty tour with the United States Marine Corps, I have always lived in New Hampshire. We chose to live, work, and raise a family in New Hampshire because of the unique qualities and opportunities that New Hampshire provides. We have four adult children who graduated from Souhegan High School.

I am running to be your Selectman because I understand and appreciate taxpayers' concerns about how our tax dollars are raised and spent at the local level. I am committed to common sense and a practical approach to government.
