Farewell from your editor. Good morning, Amherst Patch readers. Though I haven't been with you for very long, I've been the editor of Merrimack Patch since it began in 2011. After two and a half years, I've decided to move on from Patch and today will be my last day with the company. We are still uncertain on who will take over Amherst Patch going forward, but in the mean time, you can direct questions and news tips to New Hampshire Patch Regional Editor Marc Fortier at marc.fortier@patch.com. I know it's been a little turbulent in Amherst losing Robbie in August with my departure so quick on the heels of his, but I hope you continue to find all the news you can use on Amherst Patch going forward. Thank you so much for welcoming Patch into your lives, I have no doubt you'll be in good hands with whomever takes over the site going forward. I wish you all a happy, healthy new year. May the best of everything come your way in 2014.
