Felon Accused Of Slashing Another Person: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Sarah Fitton, 37, of Auburn Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing a sharp object and slicing another person on April 22 in Manchester.

Charles W. Fowle, 43, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on three felony sale of fentanyl charges on Jan. 19, Feb. 1, and Feb. 9, in Manchester.

Branden French, 19, of Greenfield Road in Peterborough on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person and saying, “I’m gonna kill you,” and discharging the firearm into the air on April 12 in Peterborough.

Pamela Geraldino, 25, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on two second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of strangling another person on April 1 in Manchester.

Sergio Ariel Gonzalez Nunez, 35, of Pearl Street in Manchester on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of preventing a woman from leaving her office in Bedford on Feb. 18.

John Michael Goodwin, 20, of Cranston Circle in Merrimack on a felony possession of psilocybin mushrooms in Weare on Jan. 25.

Eric Guinta, 48, of Harrison Street in Manchester on felony sale of crack cocaine charges on Feb. 14 and Feb. 23 in Manchester.

Melissa Guyer, 35, of Maple Avenue in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 4 in Bedford.

Justin D. Hayes, 30, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on registration of online identifiers and duty to inform charges, both felonies. Hayes, who is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction against a child in December 2008, was accused of not notifying Manchester police between Dec. 6, 2021, and Jan. 20 that he used a phone number to create a Facebook profile.

Terrance Jackson, 29, of Main Dunstable Road in Nashua on two felony possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, crack cocaine and fentanyl, charges and a single count of detention and sanctions for default or breach of bail conditions on March 30 in Bedford.

Kristen Anne Kazanjian, 37, of Fernview Avenue in North Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Jan. 13 in Antrim.

Roseanna-Lee Kelley, 35, of Grove Street in Antrim on felony possession of meth, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of clorazepate charges in Antrim on Jan. 13.
