Holiday Craft Fair and the Courage to Care
The Amherst and SAU 39 school boards will also meet.

Courage to Care Parent Information Night. On Monday, Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m. the AMS and Mont Vernon Village School Guidance Department will host a parent information night about the school's Courage to Care program with guest speaker/author Thom Linehan. SAU 39 Meeting. The SAU 39 school board will meet at 6 p.m. at the High School Annex Room 222 on Tuesday, Nov. 20. On the agenda is a discussion of the fiscal year 2015 budget and a strategic planning conversation. Get the full agenda on the school district website. Get the full agenda online.
Amherst School Board meeting. The Amherst School Board is scheduled to meet on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. An agenda is not yet posted for this meeting, but when it is, can be found on the SAU 39 website.
Holiday Fair. The Women's Association will hold its annual holiday fair at the Congregational Church on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Get your holiday shopping started, or simply get into the holiday spirit with food, holiday decorations, one-of-kind Christmas gifts, a silent auction, a gift basket raffle and more. The Congregational Church is at 11 Church St., across from the Village Green.
Benefit Concert. On Sunday, November 24, at 4 p.m., the Congregational Church of Amherst, 11 Church St., will host “A Harvest of Song,” a concert benefitting the restoration project for the church’s Johnson Tracker Organ. Enjoy performances by The Nashua Flute Choir, under the direction of Eileen Yarrison; organist Michael Havay; and soprano vocalist Sara Phelps.
