LETTER: Amherst Selectman Endorses Len Gerzon
Chair Bruce Bowler writes that he trusts the candidate to be the town's voice in Concord.

As a member of the Amherst Board of Selectman now for over 10 years, I have come to know Len Gerzon well over those 10 years. He has contributed to our quality of life in Amherst in many ways – as a member of the Amherst Conservation Commission, as the Chairman of the Peabody Mill Environmental Center Board, as a member of the Amherst Energy Committee, and as a participant in the town’s recent Master Plan Project. If you are not sure what Len has done for the town, that’s not a surprise –he is one of those people who are working quietly behind the scenes to make things happen.
But if you want to know about Len Gerzon, I will tell you that he helped create our Peabody Mill Environmental Center, a public-private partnership that is used by school children throughout our region to learn about environmental sciences. I will tell you that he cares deeply about veteran’s causes and began a partnership through the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce that has now raised over $100,000 for local veterans and their families. And I will tell you that Len is fair-minded, listens to all voices, and finds common-sense solutions to challenges.
It is for these reasons that I endorse Len for New Hampshire State Representative, representing a new district that serves both Amherst and Bedford. I trust Len Gerzon to be our voice in Concord. He is one of us.
Sincerely,
Bruce Bowler
