Man Faces Multiple Charges, Including DWI

[Saturday, Dec. 8]

At 2:50 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Dylan J. Gamblin, 26, of 27E 1st Street, Dover on charges of DWI, unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates. Gamblin was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 20, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:13 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Amherst Crossing parking lot.  No injuries were reported. The driers were Riley Greer, 16, of Amherst and a parked vehicle.

[Sunday, Dec. 9]

At 5:27 a.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The driver was Shane Murphy, 22, of Manchester.

At 7:22 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101 (car v. deer). No injuries were reported. The driver was Jacob Marchand, 17, of Wilton.

At 8:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Ashleigh C. Starr, 27, of 18 Mid Dunstable Road, Nashua on charges of driving after suspension, transportation of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug. Starr was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 20, 2012 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, Dec. 10]

At 10:15 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michelle W. Woods Martel, 49, of 120 Fisherville Road #24, Concord on a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another. Woods Martel was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for December 20, 2012 at the Milford District Court.
