Manchester Man Indicted On Rape, Threat, Assault Charges: Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North recently.

Stalin Aucacama, 21, of Westford Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging in violent conduct and attacking another person with others in Peterborough on Nov. 19, 2021.

Frank Gregory Buxton, 58, of Nottaway Drive in Hertford, North Carolina, on three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling and raping a boy between June 26, 2012, and Feb. 28, 2014, in Weare.

Ian Davenport, 20, of Barnard Hill Road on two felonious sexual assault charges. Between Oct. 1, and Oct. 31, 2021, he was accused of sexually assaulting a child who was 15 at the time.

Charles Dexter, 34, of Summer Street in Penacook on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of methamphetamine charges in Manchester on March 18.

Amuri Diole, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, two criminal threatening, and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly raping a woman, threatening to kill her with a knife, and smashing her head against a stone post on April 29, 2021, in Manchester. James Albert, 38, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on second-degree assault-strangulation and theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Manchester on Aug. 25, 2021, and twice before, being convicted of theft, and strangling an intimate partner in Manchester on Dec. 18, 2021.

Brandon Alcus, 24, of Fisher Road in Deering on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing another person in danger on Jan. 13 in Manchester by accelerating his pickup truck toward police officers.

Victor Alvarado Vega, 31, of Amherst Street in Manchester on robbery, escape, and two falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking another person in the head on July 24, 20218, in Manchester to steal a phone charger, concealing the charger from police during an investigation, hiding a knife, and attempting to use force in the booking area to escape, the indictment stated.

Richard Decosta, 40, of Olive Street in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on duty to report and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies. He was accused of failing to register with Hillsboro police on Jan. 3. Decosta is a sex offender due to a first-degree child molestation conviction, according to a report online.
