Manchester Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Jeffrey Mayo, 42, of Proctor Road in Manchester on 10 felony counts of possession of a child sexual abuse image between Oct. 25, 2020, and Dec. 8, 2021, in Manchester.

Stefan McIntyre, 32, of Main Street in South Grafton, Massachusetts, on seven felony insurance fraud charges. Between June 25, 2020, and June 8, 2021, he was accused of defrauding USAA by reporting items stolen knowing that such a statement contained false, incomplete, or misleading information.

Kerri A. Methot, 36, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony possess of methamphetamine charge on Aug. 13, 2021, in Bedford.

Sean Miller, 33, of Concord Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-clonazepam charge on Jan. 20 in Bedford.

Eric Moquin, 42, of Paget Drive in Hudson on a felony possession of meth charge on Nov. 4, 2021, in Bedford.

Aladin Muminovic, 35, of Dover Street in Manchester on criminal mischief and three use of Molotov cocktail charges, all felonies. He was accused of throwing bottles with flammable liquid in them on Feb. 28 and March 6 at Granite Street home in Manchester and damaging another person’s vehicle on March 7 in Manchester.

Sean Parton, 43, of Mark Street in Hudson on a felonious sexual assault charge, a felony. He was accused of sexually assault a girl on Feb. 15, 2020, in Manchester.

Tobin G. Perry, 28, of Hoyt Lane in Hillsboro on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Dec. 31, 2021, in Hillsboro.

David Philbrick, 43, of Mast Road in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 28, 2021, in Bedford.

Ivan Rivas-Hiraldo, 39, of Chestnut Street in Manchester on felonious sexual assault and three aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a girl between Jan. 14, 2017, and Jan. 13, in Manchester.
