The Milford Stop & Shop is looking to clear out its inventory before it closes.
It is one of the six Stop & Shops in New Hampshire that are closing on or before September 21 this year. Shoppers are reporting that the Milford store is offering 50 percent off on items.
Patch readers are reporting that the store is stocked with customers looking to cash in on the deal.
"Just filled my cart beyond capacity and very giddy as I put my groceries away - got everything I need for quite awhile and all at 50% off! Awesome but yes, it's a mad house over there!" wrote Kelly Rose Mullin on Facebook.
"50% off every single thing in the store. I bought $598.00 worth of groceries for $298.00!" wrote Crissy Smith.
