Milford Woman Arrested for Theft, Criminal Trespass

[Friday, March 15]

At 11:35 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Joseph Bradley Sullivan, 40, of 55 Oak Street, Milford on charges of driving after suspension, driving after suspension of registration of vehicle and disobeying a Police Officer. Sullivan was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 12:50 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Martin Latour, 57, of Nashua and Carmen Alyward-Goguen, 50, of Milford.

[Saturday, March 16]

At 3:26 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Sarah Montgomery, 19, of New Ipswich, Therese Fontaine, 61, of Nashua and Jessica Lebrun, 28, of Keene.

At 9:39 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Erich A. Stephan, 22, of 20 Bridge Street #B, Nashua on a charge of transportation of a controlled drug. Stephan was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Monday, March 18]

At 2:33 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Ella Garvey, 17, of Amherst and William Leverone, 62, of Milford.

At 3:57 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Rebecca Vasques, 19, of Milford and Jestin Johnston, 34, of Dracut, MA.

At 4 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Travis Louis Guay, 23, of 14 Gregoire Circle, Wilton on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. Guay was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Tuesday, March 19]

At 3:10 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at Route 122.  No injuries were reported. The drivers were Raul Navia, 19, of Nashua and Ursula Santana De Tavares, 35, of Nashua.

[Wednesday, March 20]

At 12:09 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Caralee Doyle, 40, of 99 Elm Street #5, Milford on charges of theft and criminal trespass. Doyle was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for April 4, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
