Milford Woman Charged with DWI

Thursday, Jan. 16:

• At 1:25 a.m., police arrested Rachel O. Palmer, 24, of 9 Clark Road in Milford for driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. She was later released on $600 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 23 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
• At 2:20 p.m., police arrested Ashley Patterson, 22, of 189 Garden Drive, Apt. 6 in Manchester for driving after suspension and also on an electronic bench warrant issued  by Franklin District Court. Patterson was later released on $600 personal recognizance bail on the Amherst charge and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Jan. 23.

• At 5:15 p.m., police arrested Hani Al-Halabi, 31, of 175 Blossom St., Apt. 1008, in Boston, Mass., for possession of a controlled drug and negligent driving. He was later released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Feb. 6.
• At 9:39 p.m., police arrested Carrington Graham Fisk, 32, of 14 McKinley Circle in Marlborough for driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration for a vehicle. He was later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Feb. 6.
