Milford Woman Charged with DWI
The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- On February 24, 2014 at 1140 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Tara Cote, age 30, of Hudson, NH. DRIVER 2 – Melissa Boisvert, age 42, of Temple, NH.
- On February 24, 2014 at 1745 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Chestnut Hill Road. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – John Winn, age 70, of New Boston, NH.
- On February 24, 2014 at 2231 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. DRIVER 1 – Courtney Witham, age 30, of Milford, NH. Witham was later arrested at the scene for DWI.
- On February 24, 2014 at 2300 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Courtney Anne Witham, age 30, of 504 Nashua Street #712, Milford, NH on a charge of Driving While Under the Influence of Drugs or Liquor. Witham was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- On February 26, 2014 at 0010 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Raymond Hebert, age 37, of 37 Raven Street, Nashua, NH on a charge of Forgery. Hebert was released on $10,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for March 6, 2014 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
