Milford Woman Killed In Amherst Car Crash On Route 101A Thursday
Lisa Deware of Milford was killed when her car left the road, and struck a tree and utility pole; her vehicle burst into flames on impact.
AMHERST, NH — Amherst police, and fire responded to Route 101A near Veterans Road on Thursday for a report of a single-vehicle accident.
When they arrived at 10:30 p.m., they found a 2018 Nissan Rogue had left the road, crashed into a tree and utility pole, and burst into flames upon impact.
Lisa Deware, 53, of Milford died at the scene, according to Amherst police.

Police said “vehicle speed appears to be a contributing factor.” The accident remains under investigation.
